Nothing is easy in a large company. Every change passes through several departments, every system has a different supplier and every supplier has a different opinion. Looking for an enterprise IT supplier that won’t add another layer but will deliver a result? That’s us.
Sound familiar?
Internal processes run slower than they should. Between you and the developers stand project managers, account managers and who knows who else. Seniors come to the meetings, juniors do the work. The specification runs to a hundred pages and still doesn’t describe what you need.
And when something breaks, every supplier points at the next one.
Small team, short path
With us, you talk to the people who design the solution, write the code and answer for the result. No game of telephone between your request and its delivery.
For an enterprise, that means faster decisions and less lost along the way. When you have a problem, you talk directly to the person who will fix it.
What we do for large companies
We build web applications and custom internal systems that replace spreadsheets, manual retyping and tools nobody likes. We connect systems that don’t talk to each other today.
We also help where decisions are still being made. What to build, what to buy, what to throw away. How to manage suppliers so their work fits together. If you’re missing technical leadership, we can act as a fractional CTO who looks after your interests, not the suppliers’.
How working together goes
We start with a conversation, not a hundred-page proposal. We need to understand how things work at your company, who decides, who will use the system and where the friction is today. Only then do we propose a solution.
You don’t need a finished specification. We’ll help you write one that the business understands as well as the people who will build it. If the original plan turns out not to make sense, we’ll say so early, not after the budget has run out.
We’re used to working next to internal teams and other suppliers. We don’t need the playground to ourselves.
No inflating
Projects in large companies like to grow: more people, more meetings, bigger budgets. We look for the shortest path to the result. Sometimes that’s new software, sometimes a change of process is enough.
Independence from your supplier
The documentation and the source code belong to you. We don’t create a dependency you can’t walk away from. And if another supplier has you locked in today, we’ll help you escape vendor lock-in. If you want to take the project in-house or hand it on, you have everything you need to do it.
For a large company, this is a matter of risk management. A system only one supplier understands is a weak spot. A system with documentation and code that can be handed over is an asset.
