A glass closure has to fit the bottle neck exactly. So winemakers and distillers need to know which bottles from which makers it’s compatible with.
A bottle catalogue
We built a public catalogue of bottles that the client’s closures fit. You can filter by height, volume, shape, glass colour, bottle maker and closure size, and compare bottles side by side.
The data isn’t entered by a programmer. The client’s team has its own editor with bottle families, makers, references, publishing and a history of changes. So the catalogue grows without us.
Websites and translations
The client sells worldwide, so almost everything exists in several languages. Besides the catalogue, we look after a website for designers and microsites for campaigns. We are moving those, one by one, off an old WordPress install onto fast websites that don’t need constant updates.
For translating company publications we built a tool of our own. Translators see the original and the translation side by side and edit only their own language. When the original changes, the translation flags itself for review.
A small team for a big company
Big companies often worry that a small supplier can’t cope with the scale. This partnership has been running since 2020, across a string of projects. It helps that nothing gets passed between departments: the people the client talks to are the people who build it.
