Almost every company is being told it needs AI. Few people say where, or why. Our AI implementation doesn’t start by picking a model. It starts by asking where work costs you the most time today, and whether AI would really help with it.
Sometimes it helps a lot. Sometimes a plain rule, an integration or a change to the process works better. We’ll tell you that too.
Where AI really helps
- Documents. Pulling data out of invoices, contracts and orders, even when every one looks different.
- Emails and requests. Sorting incoming mail, routing it to the right person, drafting replies.
- Company knowledge. Search and answers over your own documents, policies and manuals. So people don’t have to ask the colleague who “just knows”.
- Working with text. Summaries, translations, checking, turning notes into something structured.
They have one thing in common: data without a fixed structure, the kind only a person could handle before. Where a fixed rule will do, we don’t add AI. It’s slower, more expensive and occasionally wrong.
How we do it
Find the spot. We look at where time goes missing in the company and pick the place where AI brings the most benefit for the least risk.
Test it on your data. Before we build anything, we try it on a sample of real documents or emails and measure how often the AI gets it right. A demo that only works on hand-picked examples helps nobody.
Build it with checks. We plug the solution into your internal systems and set where a person checks the result. Where a mistake matters, a person always checks.
Keep watch. Models change, data piles up and costs grow with use. After launch we track both accuracy and spend as part of operations and maintenance.
Data and independence
We choose providers and settings so that nobody trains on your data and you know where it lives. We send the model only what it really needs.
We build things so the model can be swapped out. The AI market changes every month and we don’t want to tie you to one provider. It’s the same principle as with code: everything we create belongs to you, and we avoid supplier dependency from day one.
Who it’s for
For small and mid-sized companies where a few people spend hours retyping documents or answering the same questions. For enterprises that want to try AI on one specific process, not the whole company at once. For startups building a product with AI inside that needs to work beyond the investor demo too.
